The 9FQ series hammer mill uses a self-priming fan to draw grain, straw and husks straight into the grinding chamber — no separate feeding auger needed. Maize, sorghum, beans, wheat bran and dry straw are ground into fine, even powder in one pass.
Screen holes from 0.8 mm to 6 mm control final fineness, from fine poultry mash to coarse ruminant feed. The hammers are hardened and can be re-sharpened and rotated four times before replacement.
It is the standard grinding stage of a small feed line and pairs directly with our horizontal mixers and pellet mills.
Cuts straw, grass and maize stalks into uniform feed at up to 1,600 kg/h.
Softens maize stalks into silk-like fibers that cattle digest more completely.
Turns mashed feed into firm 2.5–8 mm pellets for poultry, livestock and fish.
