What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
MOQ is 1 set for all standard models. Sample orders are welcome, and we support mixed-model containers for dealers combining several machines.
What are your payment terms?
Normally 30% T/T deposit and 70% balance before shipment. L/C at sight is accepted for orders above USD 20,000. Other terms can be discussed for long-term partners.
How do you ship the machines and which ports do you use?
Machines are packed in export-grade plywood cases and shipped from Qingdao, Shanghai or Ningbo. We quote FOB, CFR or CIF — and can arrange door-to-door delivery to many countries.
What is the delivery time?
Standard models: 7–15 working days after deposit. Customized machines (special voltage, diesel engines, OEM colors/logos): 20–30 working days.
Do you offer warranty and spare parts?
Yes — 12-month warranty on the machine body and core parts (wear parts such as blades, sieves and dies excluded). Spare parts are kept in stock for every exported model, and our engineers provide remote video support.
Can the machines run on my local power supply?
We build motors for 110 V, 220 V, 380 V and 440 V at 50 Hz or 60 Hz. For areas without stable electricity, most models offer diesel-engine versions.
